Existing Customers:

Click on 'Order' link

bullet Enter your account number, email address and password (case sensitive)

bullet Update any information appearing on the 'Customer Information' page

bullet Enter your search criteria. Please note that the most complete search will result when all five criteria are provided: State, County, City, Latitude and Longitude. Please call us at 800-827-2994 if you need assistance

bullet Be sure to enter your Purchase Order or Project number in the 'Unique Order Data' field

bullet Choose your product under 'Service Selection'. You can see a sample aerialsearch™ report by clicking on 'View Sample Summary'

bullet When you are ready to order, check the box in the Order Authorization section, confirming your order. Then click the 'Submit' button

New Customers

Click on 'Order' link

bullet To pay by credit card: Choose the 'Pay by Credit Card' option in the New Customer section Fill in all appropriate information on the 'Customer Information' page Enter your credit card type, credit card number and expiration date. Be sure to enter the billing address of the cardholder. Click on 'Continue'

bullet Continue with 'Enter your Search Criteria' from the instructions for Existing Customers

If ordering an aerialsearch™:

The confirmation page will appear. If you chose the aerialsearch™ report, this should appear as a separate window. If it does not, click on the 'Get Results' link. Then print the report from the browser window. Later, when you are ready to order aerial photos, check the appropriate products on the right hand side of the order form, FAX it back to us along with a site map to 518-785-8088, being sure to complete your shipping preferences at that time. Close the window when finished. Then either choose to 'Place another order', or go to our 'Home' page

Please print out your Confirmation Page for your records. If this is a large area, or you prefer not to rely on the coordinates you provided in the Site Criteria section, please FAX an appropriate site map with the boundaries of your site clearly marked to 518-785-8088 for us to use when ordering your photos. Please be sure to reference our Tracking Number on all correspondence
