ORDERING PHOTOGRAPHY
FROM AN AERIALSEARCHTM
REPORT
HOW
TO ORDER
If we have identified photography
that you wish to purchase, simply contact us by phone or fax, and
cite
the specific years that you intend to order as listed on your AerialsearchTMQuick Search or Full Search report.
Once you have specified the desired years, you'll
receive an Order Confirmation
sheet detailing the full up-front payment cost we will require, not
including handling/shipping fees. It will also have the
available
shipping options for you to select, and a space for your
authorized signature. We
cannot
officially place your order without this signature, as it
substantiates
the fact that you have placed the order with us. When you have
signed off on the confirmation and selected the shipping options you
want, send the Order Confirmation back to us
and your photographyorder
will be officially
placed.
Note that some coverage from a Quick Search report may be listed as
needing to be confirmed (marked with a "C"
on the report). In the event that you wish to order a year
that
requires confirmation, we will have the coverage confirmed prior to
finalizing the order.
Estimated turnaround for photography products from an AerialsearchTM
report is given for each year on the origin list and depends on the
individual sources from whom we would be obtaining the
photography. Therefore, under normal circumstances, the
turnaround estimate refers only to how long it will take for a
shipment
to reach you after NAR
receives
the payment specified on your Order Confirmation sheet, because in
most
instances we must receive the payment before we can begin processing

RUSH service is available for photography from certain sources, but
will usually double the total price.
Prices also vary from source to source, and therefore are also given
for each year on your AerialsearchTM
report. Please note that there is also a $5.00 processing fee
for each year of
coverage ordered (regardless of how many photos may be necessary for
proper site coverage from each year).
